The unpopular conversion of all parking on Haverstock Hill into cycle lanes has been completed, with local business reporting big hits to customer numbers.
Over two-thirds of local residents and three-quarters of local businesses opposed the plans. Only the local Conservatives opposed the plans (Labour voted for the scheme and the Lib Dems abstained) and our activists were out this weekend campaigning against the change.
